Bookings

• Taxes are included in all prices; resort fees, if applicable, are to be paid at check-in.

• Payment links will be provided for all offers.

• If you wish to change dates, please note that we cannot guaranteed availability but we will do our best to assist you.

Exclusive offers

• All advertised offers are non-refundable

• FlexPay options are available but subject to a credit check.

• Flights can be arranged independently or added to your package at the time of booking.

• Excursions, car rentals, and other add-ons can be included in your package.

• Last Minute offers are 7-night stays only and must be paid in full.

• Last Minute offers are first come, first served and are very limited.

•  Last Minute offers are as is regardless of occupancy (up to the maximum allowed).

• Vacation packages can be arranged with a deposit or paid in full.

Price Changes

• Quotes are subject to change due to the rapidly changing travel market.

• If not booked within 24 hours of receiving a quote, prices will more than likely not be the same.

• Paid services include free updated quotes for price adjustments.

Payment Terms

• Service fees related to bookings through Travel with VV are non-refundable.

Client Convenience

• Complimentary First Quote: Tailored to your unique needs.

• Free Updated Quotes: Updated quotes are provided in the case of a delayed response. After 24 hours from receiving your proposed quote, we cannot guarantee availability.

• Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is available for purchase here up to 30 days after booking to cover mishaps beyond our control or can be added at the time of booking.
